BIOGRAPHY

Madison Walling is just getting her start in the big, bold world of marketing strategy and has been at Nucleus Marketing Lab for a little over a year. During that time, she has gotten her feet wet right away on projects ranging from hospitality to higher education, restaurants, health and wellness, financial institutions, publishing, children’s products and just about anything and everything else the firm has handled.

Madison (or Mad-Eye to us) is a native Canadian with dual citizenship in the U.S., making her Arizona’s favorite Canadian, even ahead of Steve Nash. Her education included both Grand Canyon University and Arizona State University. She is engaged to be married to a wonderful guy named Austin and she lives in Cave Creek. Which is better than living in Austin and being engaged to a guy named Cave Creek.

GET TO KNOW MADISON

I proudly attended…

Grand Canyon University and Arizona State University.

Most people don’t know that…

I enjoy baking and cooking 100 times more when I’m wearing my frilly apron.

At my funeral reception, they should serve…

Champagne and strawberries.

When I go to the movies, I like to eat…

A large popcorn perfectly sprinkled with ranch and white cheddar popcorn seasonings only from Harkins Theatres.

And the playlist should be…

A mixture of upbeat hits and Frank Sinatra because how can you not love Frank Sinatra?

On the weekends, I can be found…

At the gym doing Zumba.

Visiting my parents’ house for a scrumptious home cooked meal.

My top pet peeves are…

When people burp without saying excuse me.

Not following through on commitments. If you say it then you better do it.

Not washing your hands after using the bathroom.

I am a huge sucker for…

Romantic classics.

My favorite book of all time is…

Radical by David Platt.

Personal mantras I follow…

I’m a firm believer in the Golden Rule: treat others the way you expect to be treated.

Things I’ve always wondered…

What it would feel like to walk on the dark side of the moon.

I wanted to work in marketing because…

I like having the freedom to be creative but also am fascinated with the research side and seeing the cause and effect that comes with the right marketing strategies.

I like being part of the Nucleus team because…

The team is creative and focus on even the tiny details to make sure that the customer is getting the best work possible.

My grandmother once said…

Life is too short to worry about the little things.

Marketing mantra that I follow…

“Always deliver more than expected” – Larry Page

My hometown…

…of Chilliwack, British Columbia is referred to as “The Wack.”
